1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through aldonamartynenka.com ("Website"), operated by Aldona Martynenka ("I", "me", "my").

By placing an order on this Website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

I sell physical art prints created from my original sketches and artwork.

All products are produced and fulfilled by me in small batches. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to printing processes and screen differences.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in SEK and include applicable VAT where required.

I reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price charged will always be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

A contract is formed once the order has been accepted and shipped.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers integrated through Squarespace (such as Stripe, PayPal, or similar providers depending on availability).

I do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Sweden.

Estimated processing time: 5–10 business days before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Sweden: 3-10 days

  • International: 5-14 days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or other external factors.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

7. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify me by email within the withdrawal period.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in secure packaging

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued once returned items have been received and inspected.

9. Exceptions to Returns

The right of withdrawal may not apply if:

  • The item has been damaged after delivery

  • The item is not returned in its original condition

10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

I will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

11. Intellectual Property

All artwork, sketches, images, and content on this Website remain the intellectual property of Aldona Martynenka.

Purchasing a print does not transfer reproduction rights or permission to copy or redistribute the artwork.

12. Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this Website.

13. Liability

I am not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by postal services, customs, or events outside my reasonable control.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Swedish courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
